How’s your balance at work?
Many of my clients describe a workplace environment that is fast-paced and high demand. Rapid change, limited resources and deadlines result in having too much to do and not enough time to do it in. People respond by working extra long hours and even taking work home. Some have told me that during meetings they sneak some work in while trying to look like they are participating. They skip lunch or eat while working and don’t take time for exercise, breaks or reflection time.
The result of all this is they are out of balance, stressed and out of control. How do you break free? Tune in and learn to set your non-negotiables.

They say I need to work on my emotional intelligence. I would argue I need to work on my emotional expression. I felt very strongly about an issue and I let me feelings be known. I believe I have emotional intelligence and I need to work on my expression. What do you think?”
